Are you ready to LEVEL UP the start to your 2022 with a January Whole30 Challenge?
Our LEVEL UP Whole30 Challenges are all about creating better daily habits with our food and exercise choices. What makes this particular challenge so special is the nutrition AND fitness pieces combined. We use Whole30 and leveling up daily as an all-encompassing approach to living a healthy lifestyle! You will receive daily coaching from Erin Johns, our certified Whole30 coach as well as guidance from me with your workout plan. You will join this challenge alongside a group of remarkable women who support one another, helping to create community, connection and a forever changed lifestyle! What could be better than that?! It is an honor and a privilege for Erin and I to be a part of this with all of YOU! We have some exciting things in store for our January Challenge and hope that you will be joining us!

The LEVEL UP Whole30 Challenge includes:
6 weeks total of daily coaching from our Certified Whole30 Coach, Erin Johns
Beginning December 28th, you will receive information to set you up for success with your Whole30 journey
During the 30 days you will receive daily emails from Erin with a meal template, recipes and motivational tips!
You will also receive tips from Erin on how to best transition out of your Whole30 into a life of Food Freedom!
For the fitness piece, you will be given a 30-day LEVEL UP Workout Plan- all of the daily workouts will be available for on-demand streaming through the LEVEL UP App
Q&A Kickoff Zoom Meeting before our Challenge begins on Wednesday, December 29th at 5 PM
LEVEL UP in-person workout at Beyond Active on Sunday, January 16th at 9 AM available exclusively for our Challenge group
We will create a private text group (for those who wish to participate) to generate community, accountability and to share our journey towards better health with one another!

Fall 2020 Retreat
Sunday, October 25th:
8:45- 9 AM Meet at Ram’s Gate Winery in the Parking Lot
Please be on time as we will enter the winery together as a group promptly at 9 AM
9:15- 10:30 AM Pilates HIIT Class
Please bring a Pilates mat and wear activewear and athletic shoes
Bottled water and Pilates props will be provided for the class
Our class will be held outside in a grass-covered area
We will head straight to our wine tasting from class (think sweaty chic! )
10:30- 11:30 AM Private Wine Tasting
A few notes about our Ram’s Gate experience: The winery does not open to the public until until 11 AM. We will be doing our tastings in small groups of 6 to adhere to Sonoma County COVID guidelines. They have kindly asked that we stay within our small groups and not commingle during our tasting, particularly once the winery opens and other guests are present.

All you will need for this class is your Pilates mat and ankle/wrist weights in you choose, you can leave everything else in the car
